A post on Instagram has claimed that Aamir Khan sent a truck with bags of wheat flour packets, intended to be distributed among the poorest of the poor. According to a news portal, these packets were sent out on April 23 and the truck arrived at its location. The vehicle supposedly sent by Aamir Khan contained one-kilo packets of flour. Several families refused to take these packets, as they felt that a kilo of flour would not enough for their daily needs. However, the ones who did take the one-kilo packets of flour were in for a complete surprise.

Each packet of the one-kilo wheat flour contains ₹15,000 in cash hidden inside plastic of wheat flour. The post also shows some pictures of the packets with cash in them. According to a news portal, Aamir Khan made this gesture in order to ensure that the money and wheat reach the right houses. The actor assumed that only the ones severely hit by the financial crisis would accept one kilo of wheat, and therefore surprised them with the money bright idea like he always did on his movie “3 idiots’.

In this time of the pandemic, the Philippine Government declares to help Filipino workers by giving them financial assistance. The assistance is to help those who can’t currently work due to Enhanced Community Quarantine.

Consequently, some of the officials were having problems in handling the complaints of the residents of their barangays. There are videos spreading that say the government is giving each household financial assistance which results to the community being disturbed as to why they are not given the SAC form which should be given to each household.  As per the order of the higher-ups, only those who are said to be poor of the poorest are bound to receive the assistance.

In regard to this, Barangay Captain of Aya, Talisay Batangas  Mr. Natanauan made a live video  on his Facebook account seeks for the help of Honorable Alan Peter Cayetano to make further clarifications as to why not everyone is given the form because his video is used as proof that everyone will receive the financial assistance.

He also request that publicized statement must confirmed and validated first to avoid misleading and false rumors. Now, we don’t want to make things more complicated do we? We must be considerate and responsible for every words we say right? Maybe we should just focus on how to keep everyone safe and healthy.
